Each day includes two guided yoga sessions — Vinyasa in the morning to energize, and Yin in the evening to restore. A retreat for soft mornings, languid afternoons, and golden-hour magic.
A typical day unfolds gently, guided by the rhythm of the summer sun.
We begin early, with sunrise meditation poolside, the air still cool and quiet. Coffee and light pre-yoga snacks follow before moving into a 90-minute invigorating morning yoga practice—energising, flowing, and designed to wake the body without rushing it.
After practice, we linger. A leisurely brunch is served on the terrace, with sweeping mountain views and no agenda beyond enjoying good food and good company.
Late mornings and early afternoons are yours to savour:
float in the pool, stretch out under the olive trees with a book, nap in the shade, or simply do nothing at all.
As the heat softens, we return to the studio for a late-afternoon yin yoga session, deeply grounding and cooling—perfect for unwinding and restoring.
Dinner is served around 7:30pm, followed by relaxed evenings of conversation as the sky darkens. Some nights end by simply sitting together, watching the fireflies dance and soaking up the stillness of summer.
One morning includes a guided trip to nearby waterfalls, complete with a packed lunch. Cool off in fresh water, wander the medieval town square, and—of course—stop for a gelato before returning to Rosmarino.
